The referral scheme mentioned below is called the ‘Refer Your Friend’ scheme and has been set up by Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd.
The referred client (“the Referred Client”) must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd for this offer before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the party referring the Referred Client (“the Referrer”) and is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Referrer will indemnify Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd for any loss or claim arising from the Referrers failure to procure such consent.
The Referrer must contact Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd via E-mail on info@ernesthenrymortgages.com using The phrase ‘Refer Your Friend’ in the subject heading, with The Referred clients Full Legal name, Date of Birth, Contact Phone Number & E-mail Address in the body of the e-mail to be eligible for The ‘Refer Your Friend’ Scheme.
The maximum number of referrals The Referrer can make is five (5).
A Referred Client can only be referred once. In the event that a Referred Client is referred to Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd more than once, only the first Referrer will be eligible for a referral gift under this offer.
The Referrer will not be eligible for more than one referral gift per Referred client. This also means that if The Referred client completes more than one Mortgage Transaction with Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd at any stage, that The Referrer can only receive one referral gift once, this will always be on the first transaction The Referred client completes with Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd. Any further mortgage transactions that The Referred Client completes with Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd will not be elegible for this specific referral scheme.
The referral gift will only be sent to The Referrer if The Referred client completes a Mortgage Transaction as part of the process with Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd. Any additional services Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd supply will not be eligible for this referral scheme if there is no Mortgage Transaction completed for The Referred client such as (Life Assurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection, Family Income Protection, Buildings Insurance, Contents Insurance, Landlords Insurance) including any referrals to other business’s that Ernest Henry Mortgages supply. There must be a Mortgage Transaction completed by Ernest Henry Mortgages for The Referred Client for this referral scheme to become active.
The Referrer will not be eligible to receive any referral gift in the event that the Referred Client has already instructed Ernest Henry Mortgages to arrange a mortgage and/or protection policies on their behalf.
In the event that Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd is (for whatever reason) unable to procure one of the stated referral gifts, the Referrer will receive a substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these terms and conditions.
Permanent employees, contract and temporary workers working directly for Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.
Ernest Henry Mortgages has the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
The Referrer is eligible to receive a £100 Gift card to spend if they submit details of the Referred Client to Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd, the Referred Client then instructs Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd to arrange a mortgage. This instruction must be received by Ernest Henry Mortgages within six (6) months of the date on which the Referrer made the referral as well as The Mortgage Transaction completing within Six (6) months of the date of the referral from The Referrer. Instructions received outside the six (6) month period will not generate a £100 Gift Card to the Referrer.
Where The Referred Client is party to a mortgage application in joint names, if The Referred Client or additional party named on the mortgage application with Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd has been party to a mortgage transaction with Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd where a £100 voucher has been sent to The Referrer or A Referrer previously as part of the ‘Refer Your Friend’ Scheme, then The Referrer will not be eligible for The ‘Refer Your Friend’ scheme.
The Ernest Henry Mortgages ltd Refer Your Friend Offer is only available to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Ernest Henry Mortgages Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
